The Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria – Chartered (ISMNC) on Friday, 26th September 2025 conferred the Honorary Fellowship Award on the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, FSM. The investiture was held in recognition of her exceptional leadership and transformative impact on the Federal Civil Service.
Speaking on behalf of the President and Chairman, Governing Board, Dr Sylvanus Izebhokhae, FSM, the First Vice President, of the Institute, highlighted that the award was a testament to the Head of Service’s achievements in entrenching strong work ethics, pioneering digital innovations, and spearheading technology-driven service delivery in the public sector.
He further noted that Mrs. Walson-Jack’s accomplishments reflect the Institute’s mission of grooming leaders who are strategically positioned to champion change in Nigeria, Africa, and the global stage.
In her response, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, FSM expressed profound appreciation to the Institute for the recognition. She acknowledged the pivotal role ISMNC is playing in reshaping national institutions and reaffirmed her alignment with its vision of driving institutional reform for greater efficiency and performance.
She further pledged to uphold her commitment as a Fellow of the Institute, emphasizing her resilience, dedication to quality service delivery, and openness to strategic collaborations with ISMNC that would redefine public service excellence in Nigeria.
